Informative and agreement on behalf with article 10 of law 675/96

This information may also be communicated by reservationitaly.it/com to a third party, vested with the execution of activity directly linked and instrumental to the operations which you completed with reservationitaly.it/com. ;

(II) other companies controlled by or connected to reservationitaly.it/com. This information may also be communicated by reservationitaly.it/com to a third party, with which reservationitaly.it/com, or another company controlled by or connected to it, has stipulated functional, commercial agreements over the circulation and development of the service offered at www.reservationitaly.it/com. A comprehensive list of the companies with which reservationitaly.it/com had stipulated agreements is available upon your specific request.

3. Your personal data may be transferred abroad in compliance with and within the limits of article 28 of law 675/1996.

4. In connection with the above mentioned personal data processing, you are entitled to exercise all rights provided by article 13 of law 675/1996. In particular, it is your right at any moment to know exactly what your personal data comprises and how it is being used. You also have the right to revise, correct, or cancel it, ask it to be blocked or object to it being processed. To exercise the rights provided for in article 13 of law 675/96 you would have to direct a written request to reservationitaly@reservationitaly.com.

5. The collection of your personal data is not compulsory. However, failure to confer personal data, even partially, will render reservationitaly.it/com unable to provide the service in its entirety.
